Control up to 15 kinds of ingredient. Simple PLC function is provided to simplify the external control logic. Up to 20 sets of recipes can be stored. Bi-directional RS232/RS485 serial port is equipped, multi-port communication is possible by using RS485 input and output port. Real time clock is equipped. It can also generate reports, showing materials consumption, formula production quantity. Batch report is also available for individual batch, giving a clear indication of the actual amount of materials consumed.

Automatic printing of batch report which indicates the date, time, sequence number and actual consumption of individual material after each batch. Two kinds of printing format can be selected. Production summary showing the production total of each formula is available. Material consumption monitoring. Configuration can be modified through keyboard or RS232/RS485. Optional BCD or analog output for weighing data.
